「This was one of our favorite hotels from our trip this year! We loved the self-check-in process—the access code was sent in advance, and everything worked seamlessly. 「Nice spot in new buildings but they have some administrative items to work out. Our family stayed in one of the new apartments which was very modern, nice and new. It was quiet and comfortable. However, they seem to be trying to be an electronic only communication check-in process as you can only communicate via Expedia and no one would answer the phones which delayed things. Also, there was a nice coffee machine requiring coffee beans in the unit but there was no coffee and no way to...

「チェックインの際、予約に名前がないと言われ、焦りました。でも、予約済みの画面を見せると、すぐに対応してくれたので、ほっとしました。ホテルの一階がバーで、チェックインはそこで対応してくれます。ハッピーアワーでビールを飲みました。種類がたくさんあって悩みました。ビールは、とてもおいしかったです。スタッフの方も、フレンドリーに接してくれて嬉しかったです。部屋は、やや狭かったですが、コーヒーコーナーや無料のランドリーがあり、助かりました。」

「立地もよく、部屋のスマートTVも良かった。新館5階入江側だが、山のみ観れた。日曜宿泊だったが、チェックアウト時間はホテル向かいが新規ホテル建設でうるさかった。眺望を求めるなら、旧館か、5階フロアを指定した方が良い。無理なら、入江と逆側の部屋を指定した方が良い。緑が観れる。」

「市街地にあり食事や買い物など非常に便利な立地でした。 駐車場は市内の駐車場で16:00-10:00の間は無料のところに停めました。 壁が薄いので多少周りの音は聞こえますが、写真の通りのカプセルホテルでした。共用キッチンがあるので自炊もできますが、キッチンの利用は朝７時からなので早くに出る人は、外で何かを食べる必要があります。 USBの差込口はありますが、コンセントの差込口はありませんでした。（それらしいものはありましたが、給電できませんでした）」

「Booked a room very last minute. Had everything we needed. It was clean and staff was very helpful. It’s in a great area and I would stay here again.」

「Very good location, close to HOF and main street. Cold breakfast, with good variety. Good service. The staff members helped me with tour cancellation and changes, public bus ticket purchase. Toilet flush had a bit of trouble. Triple bed room had no tea-making facility while single bed room had.」

「The bathrooms were clean, room was comfortable, good kitchen. A couple of things I wasn't too happy about: breakfast was 1,300 ISK and was very poor selection for the amount of money. The shower room is located only in the basement and I had to pass through the first floor which is a cafe/bar. Overall I really enjoyed staying here though.」

「Could use covering over bathroom windows especially since it’s daylight all the time. Window covering in main area needs maintenance.」

「Very spacious and clean with a lot of amenities. It had tons of character, but the floors squeak a bit and some doors cannot close without locking. Nothing unexpected for a historical property. Very nice stay!」

「The heater and lamp in the room weren’t working. Contacted the host and did some troubleshooting. We ended up warm enough.」

「El apartamento es cómodo, bonito, amplio, con todas las comodidades y parqueadero. Durante mi estadía se dañó el secador y me lo cambiaron oportunamente, muchas gracias! En una de la noches del fin de semana me llamó la atención que me desperté porque unos jóvenes estaban haciendo trompos con los carros, fueron 5 minutos, sin embargo me llamó la atención.」

「It’s peaceful with the best views. Perfect for a couple looking for quiet and a cozy stay. The stairs to the loft are pretty narrow and steep but we didn’t mind it at all. I wish we had more time to explore the area. Host ha d a list of suggestions of things to do which is really helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back in the future.」
