"The unit is as spotless and Tricia was great to work with. This was my 2nd stay and I highly recommend this for your stay beds are comfortable and it’s perfect to unwind and spread out. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything in Batesville."

"Pleasantly surprised. I love this isn’t a franchise hotel. I stayed for 2 days. They have food optiions and a bar in the evening. I didn’t use the pool but saw it was near the elevator. I like the location because some hotels you have to awkwardly walk around near the front desk in your swimwear. Breakfast staff was friendly & attentive. Front desk staff upon arrival came across annoyed, less welcoming than other staff. All parking is front of hotel. There’s a convenience store in walking dance, hotel is close to interstate. There’s a car dealership behind hotel. If I ever have to stay in Newport, I’d definitely stay here again."

"This was a rustic, quiet little cottage with comfortable beds, large plush towels and lots of room to move about. Smartly decorated and tidy."

"We enjoyed are selfs. Felt quite comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was nice and clean. The master bathroom bed was great. The second room beds were good. The bunk beds in the third room were not comfortable. This house was stocked well. With maybe just needing more pots & pans for cooking. But overall was the right place for us. The store isn’t very far if you need goods. The grill worked well. Thank you for allowing us to stay. "
