Location and property were great. Walking distance to Stampede grounds and Stephan Ave. Room was fantastic . An outside space would be nice if you are staying a while. There is a spot but it’s not that great as it’s in the alley and there was caution tape around much of the space. We would stay again but fair warning to people. The homeless population is very significant around this hotel. If you don’t like seeing people OD on the sidewalk this is not the place for you. They were harmless but it is more than a bit of a problem around there . When we checked in they had to buzz us in I am assuming because of loitering? In any event, it was a great stay.

overall a good hotel at a very good location. Good value for money. The hotel can get 10/10 score if they work on the improvements listed below. What's good about the hotel - Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. - Good view from the room. Rooms are spacious enough - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good shower (water temperature/pressure) Needs improvement - Cleanliness in the room. Found few hair on the bed and a sock. They quickly cleaned up after I informed the front desk - The restaurant in the lobby may not be open everyday making it difficult to plan - The breakfast discount was not much. Breakfast was expensive in the next hotel and was not a great value for the money - The hotel doesn't have laundry option - No extra bedding was provided

Bar and restaurant staff was outstanding. Professional, courteous, accommodating and generally great humans. Ate at the restaurant twice and my comments about everyone I met. Especially the you man tending bar. Mike from Minnesota

Other than the Air Conditioner did not work at all, it was a great place to stay.

Our stay was alright. The elevator and ice machine in our building were broken. Otherwise nothing much to say.
