「Great place in a super location.」

「Nice interior design, super close to Beech Mountain ski resort, beds very comfy. Great amenities - hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, fire pit. Cozy and would rent again. Four stars, only because when we checked in, the house appeared half clean. We had to wash all bedding/sheets, and clean bathrooms until after midnight, BUT the review is four stars solely because the owner’s communication was great, he was kind enough to make it right to us, and he took our phone calls late in the evening to...

「Negatives: The location of this house does require AWD/4WD to access in the winter. There was no mention of this on the listing. We saw multiple cars skidding on the ice and stuck on the road or in a snow embankment leading up to this house and other homes due to the ice on the roads in this neighborhood. We were traveling with another family who had young children and this was extremely stressful for them as they had to abandon the car in the middle of the road and walk up to the home. My other...

「Happy they allowed our two 50 lbs dogs as many rentals dont allow more than one or small breeds only. Location is great with paved/city maintained mountain roads to get to house. Upper/main road level parking is great for one car with additional parking "below"/ downhill from main road. Communication was on point and check out process a breeze with simply two things to take care of: turn on dishwasher and take trash out. Left us with ample time in the morning to get another walk in.」

The house is located very conveniently to town and the property provides ample room for walking your pets.
