"Great experience! Absolutely worth going to! Beautiful atmosphere, gardens, amenities, it felt like a scene from a movie, loved it all. For sure stay for a minimum of 2 days to really enjoy what they have to offer "

"Japanese style room was really large, very comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the valley. Staff were friendly. The onsen was uncrowded and clean, very peaceful in the forest. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but the staff did their best to keep it flowing. The lobby bar has good cocktails and a professional bartender. Overall definitely recommend as a “home base” for the Hakone round course/freepass. "

"The room is gorgeous with spacious living room. We enjoyed everything, from onsen, kitchen island and the dining area. This is a perfect hotel for relax and enjoying. The only drawback is that there's not much nearby. Also a little unsafe walking from the station, as the hotel is located along the curve road with cars and trucks approaching fast. We ended of calling cab every time since returned in the evening. "
