Always disappointed when you walk up to the counter with a load of bags and then the person on reception says ‘how can I help’ as if it wasn’t obvious The first thing asked for is ID, I didn’t immediately have any photo ID but mentioned that I had stayed at the hotel the previous week. The receptionist said…what does that have to do with anything. What happened to the days when the person on reception says ‘welcome back’ because there is a flag on their system. "The property was okay, but not worth it for the price in my opinion. The bathtub in our room was broken when we checked-in - the side was completely falling off. The beds were very uncomfortable - I could literally feel every spring in the mattress. The gym didn't open until 9:30 a.m. during the week, which was super inconvenient and we were therefore unable to use is. Overall, our stay was just okay."

"Amazing location. The beach is on your doorstep. Really friendly staff on arrival. Not so great in the bar and at breakfast. Didn’t have the same personal feeling / vibe for everyone . Could not fault the view or the area surrounding the hotel. Really enjoyed going across the water on the chain ferry.
Would visit again for the location."
