"We all enjoyed stay . Check in very easy . Great communication with host .kitchen facilities were adequate, we did use kitchen facilities for breakfast purpose . We had great time , quiet neighborhood, grocery store conveniently located ."

"Check in was a breeze. House was as listed. Kitchen was full of every utensil you needed to cook. IGA was about 15 minutes away and had pretty much anything you needed. Will stay again! Best spring/river in Florida!"

"Extremely satisfied with the cabin and location. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Very close to Ichetucknee and Ginnie Springs. The owner was available and communicated thoroughly with us. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again! "

"If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. This place comes with absolutely everything you need and more. Nicely decorated and very well stocked. It has everything that you could need from linens, cookware, utensils, grill, games, ample seating, cleaning needs, and a beautiful screened in downstairs patio with tons of seating. It also has a beautiful dock that is very easy to get to. Teresa the host is amazing. If you have any questions, she gets right back with you right away. My family and I plan on going back several times. We LOVE this place. "
