Welcome to your perfect waterfront getaway! This beautifully furnished, pet-friendly one-bedroom suite is designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy coastal living. Wake up to peaceful water views from your second-floor retreat, then head out to explore the nearby restaurants, shops, and coffee spots—all just minutes away.



Inside your second-floor unit, you’ll find a plush king bed, generous closet space, and large flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The full kitchen and dining area make it easy to feel at home, whether you’re staying for a weekend or longer.



Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, dog park, waterfront seating, and dock slips. Bring your furry friend and settle into a stay you won’t want to end!

Please note that this a smoke free building! No smoking is allowed within 25ft of the building! We have a very nice, designated smoking section on the south side of the property, with a picnic bench on the water.



Guest Access:

This is a completely private suite with a private entrance. There is a dedicated seating area right outside the front door that overlooks the water. Guests have full access to bikes, kayaks, dog park, pool, and picnic tables and lounge chairs, that are also directly on the waterfront.
