「This was not as the photos and reviews stated. Not in a good area of town. Did not feel safe staying here. Red flag when there is multiple deadbolts on the door. We walked in and walked right back out and got a hotel for the night. Very disappointed. 」

「Liked the property but the automatic camera and security light on the outdoor patio was a bit much. Didn't feel private out there and the light would shine right in your eyes any time you moved. Hard to sit out there and enjoy the nice FL evening. Overall a great location.」

「When I get to the place, wanted to take a shower cause I’ve been traveling all day when I cut on the hot water it never get hot so I called the host and he told me that the cold water was hot. You have to let it run I shouldn’t had to have called him for that. It should’ve been spelled out before I rented the place. It’s also connected to his house made this into a garage. I’d like the room to be pitch black And you can C light coming through the door next to the bathroom other than that it was...

「Unable to use the keypad to enter. Not fixed entire stay. Bedroom lamp not working. Not fixed. Furniture shoddy and uncomfortable. Kitchen poorly stocked. No frying pan, no regular sized saucepan, no salt and pepper. No communication with management. The pool area was quite beautiful and well maintained. Otherwise the only good feature of the place was the location. Exactly where we needed to be. Not sure if I will use VRBO again」

「We came to sight see and visit family. This place gave us the perfect space. The only thing that could have been improved was the quality of the beds and pillows, but they were not terrible. 」

「Lights were a challenge. Metal bed frame gave us many stubbed toes. Shower pressure and heat was great! Pool was nice. Tv was a little challenging. Thanks to the girl that got us in the door on the 2nd day as battery was dead and no key in box. Thank you!」

「The space was absolutely immaculate, everything had a place and it was SO clean. Super convenient location for my stay and a quiet neighborhood with a really nice park. Although it does say Private Studio - it also lists 2 bedrooms. There is a pull out couch however there are not 2 separate rooms. It wasn’t an issue for us and was already discussed with the host. 「The home is divided into two or three units. There were other renters in another unit, teenagers. They were talking loud the whole night. We couldn’t sleep. We left two days early. I Didn’t get a reimbursement for the unused portion on the rental. I do not recommend it.」
