Room was clean enough but had areas that needed dusting. General maintenance was good and facilities are well kept. Spa is good value and is a great bonus to the hotel. Great area, close enough to Oslo to make it an easy trip during the day. Alternative places to eat in the area are all 30 minutes or so away though. Views are incredible and make the overall stay more than worthwhile.

We loved staying at the Maya apartments! It was very clean and just as described online. It was very convenient to get to downtown central and there were many grocery stores nearby. We weren’t able to change the temperature in our room but it was comfortable enough as it was about 24 Celsius. The beds were comfortable and the directions to check in and out were simple and easy to follow. We did have to figure out you had to push* then the code to activate the locks and then it was simple to get in and out! Overall it was a wonderful place to stay with the kitchen and washer available and so handy.

Great location beside the Central Station. Good breakfast. Quiet. Breakfast ends early at 9.30 but in the last hour it gets very congested, needing for us to camp in the closed Italian restaurant on the station concourse. Your room tv advises it’s easiest to breakfast 6-7am! No room cleaning until day 5 of stay(saving the planet apparently) decor overall is gloomy industrial designer. Lots of grey and weird murals. Slight youth hostel feel and not particularly cheap - twice the price of the same chain at the airport, which was much nicer.
