Excellent location just minutes from the cutest underground stations Metro 1. Our room was spacious and situated in the street off the main boulevard. Only criticism was the bathroom towels. They were in need of replacing as very hard, thin and a bit grey!

What an experience from start to finish… My stay at Hotel Al-Habtoor in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was flawless. The reception staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, every request was handled promptly and with a smile, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. The staff across the entire hotel deserve special recognition. From housekeeping to concierge to restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and highly professional. It’s clear that hospitality is taken very seriously here, and the team works together seamlessly to provide a five-star experience. The spa and wellness facilities were absolutely superb. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, the facilities were spotless, and the treatments were deeply relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city, and it added a real sense of indulgence to the stay. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options. Breakfast was especially impressive, offering both local and international selections to suit all tastes. Dining at the hotel felt like a culinary experience in itself. This hotel has the wow factor wrapped up. From the first step inside the front door, your eye is attracted to the modern opulent and tasteful decor. Check-in was hassle free with a very warm and friendly welcome. The professional attitude and friendly demeanor of the staff exuded from every member of the team; a rare quality these days. The premises are spotless, and rooms a credit to the housekeeping team. The evening turn-down service was a treat, with the most delicious chocolate. Well located and within walkable distance of the castle district, visiting the Buda and Pest districts could not be easier with bus and tram routes close by, if walking is not you thing. This is a must visit hotel and if unlucky enough to book a room when visiting, try to reserve a table in the rooftop bar. A reservation is necessary even for guests; a popular spot. A good choice of hot and cold/ continental fare awaits your arrival for breakfast with optional orders available on request. Whenever you choose, take a seat in the bar area, select your favourite tipple, from a well stocked range of brands, or pick a cocktail and watch the experts prepare your drink with flair. Would I stay again? Absolutely, but I imagine word will get out about this fantastic spot very soon.

This is a fantastic new hotel - the view from the room must be one of the best in Budapest. Staff very friendly / helpful. Will definitely visit again.
