「Prachtige accommodatie. Prima service en fantastisch ontbijt dit werd op onze kamer gebracht. We hadden onze huwelijksnacht en alles was super geregeld. We konden een dag van te voren inchecken en onze bagage brengen. Toen we aankwamen stond alles netjes op onze kamer. 」

「The staff is kind and friendly. Far away from the central station of Leiden, howeve, the bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
Much appreciated if the room has a bath tub (they told me that they do not have a room with bath tub)
Also, you may need to buy something at the central station before you come to this hotel as there is no spurmarket nere this hotel.」

I lost my baggage at the transfer airport. I talked to the receptionist at the hotel and she was very helpful and told me where I could buy clothes and daily necessities nearby and called the airline on my behalf. I was very, very impressed with their kindness.」
