The location was fantastic! It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and the cathedral. The Christmas market was literally at the front door. Our only issue was that the blow dryer did not work, and nothing was done when we asked about it.

The Hotel is located in the city centre itself and just a walk on all tourist destinations and from the Train station. Our room is a bit small but it is comfortable and clean. So overall it was a good experience, i can recommend it to friends and families.

Great location! Easy walk to so many restaurants, Petit France area and other attractions. Parking was expensive and not directly on site, but for the location it was understandable and worth it. Still an easy walk from the public parking to the hotel, even with bags. Such a charming room that was comfortable with AC and plenty of space.

Cute little boutique hotel. The location was so convenient to the tram. The breakfast was wonderful and staff in the breakfast room were so friendly. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy, but it's worth being in the center of everything! this was my second stay and I would stay again.

The room was small but comfortable, except that the bathroom door opened inward blocking the toilet, so I had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door. Not that many options at breakfast, but it was nice to have available. I was pleasantly surprised that even though the property was right on a central square, it was not noisy at night at all. Would consider staying again.

Location of the hotel was excellent for the town but to drive to the recommended car park was almost impossible and very stressful due to roadworks, road closures, congestion. We would nevet drive their again. The hotel itself was ok but dated, the room was small but clean. The bed and linen were comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep.

Perfect location, a little noisy

The location can't be better for the Christmas Market. Right on the main square. Hotel is nice, staff is wonderful. There is a tram station next to the hotel and it was very noisy all night long all three nights I stayed. A great choice for a short stay.

Hotel is in a great location on the square. Staff were helpful but weren't able to locate an iron for me which wasn't good despite trying several locations. Room (106) was spacious enough with a large double bed. Not sure how much privacy the bathroom window blinds gave, particularly when the light was on. A safe in the room would've been appreciated. Being able to leave luggage was very helpful.
