A l'arrivée je découvre une taxe séjour à régler en espèces en plus de ma réservation déjà réglée. On ne m'informe pas de la présence d'un ascenseur et on ne me donne pas de code wifi. La chambre est vétuste, une prise sortie du mur, l'ampoule au dessus du lit chauffe très vite, le sol est par endroit mouvant, les lits grincent. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car déjà fermées le bruit de la rue et des trams est insupportable, pas de boules Quies à l'accueil. Le linge est propre mais les serviettes sont trouées. Rien dans la salle de bain à part deux rouleaux de papier toilete. Aucun echantillon de savon ou shampoing. Vraiment déçue.

Le paradoxe dans tout ses états.

Hôtel très joli.certainement art nouveau.tres belle fresques murales ainsi que divers tableaux. Par ailleurs chauffage dans les chambres alors que le jour nous avons 30 degrés et la nuit 15.Ce qui explique la note environnementale.

Convenient hotel with reasonable rates

The hotel was conveniently located to the university, just a minute or two from the Observatoire tram stop (direct connection C tram from the Gare Centrale train station). While no hot food, the breakfast buffet was full and fresh and good value, the room with panoramic windows had good light and outside air control, and tram sound was minimal with the windows closed. Bed comfort was average, just one chair to sit on with the desk. Everything was clean and all the personnel were exceptionally attentive, friendly and obliging. Luggage was readily stored before check-in time and after check-out. We were pleasantly surprised for the reasonable rate that there was nothing to complain about, so would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for visitors to Strasbourg. Although you do need tram or bus transportation to get to the center, major tourist attractions are not too far away,

All you could want from a hotel, BUT it's situated on a very busy and noisy crossroads. Ear plugs definitely needed as there's no soundproofing.

Un séjour un peu inconforme

Le lieu est bien placé, mais les chambres n'ont pas double vitrage dont on entend tout le bruit à l'extérieur comme : les différents tramways, les voitures, les étudiants, tout. Attention avec l'eau chaude, les SDB ont des douches avec de l'eau très très chaude. Le personnel est sympa et agréable.

Super convenient for multiple transit stops. Nice rooms, and very kind receptionist. On a corner so it's not a perfectly quiet place, but I will definitely stay here again.

La réceptionniste du soir hyper désagréable, m’a laisser attendre 45 mn avant de me donner ma clé pour rentrer ds ma chambre .. et me la très bien fait comprendre que je n’étais pas sa priorité .. un peu plus elle ne voulais pas me donner ma chambre . Un comble quand on sait que la priorité est à la réception de nouveaux arrivants . Bref à éviter cet hôtel .

1,2ページだが文書の印刷とPDF化をフロントに 頼んだところ、すぐに引き受けてくれた。無料だった。こういう気が利いたサービスは貴重だ。シャワーは、トイレ、洗面所と同じ場所にあるが、仕切りがない。

Lite slitet hotell men det ligger bra. Jag var på genomresa. Kunde parkera enkelt på gatan nära hotellet. Gick in till centrum men det går förstås bussar också. Ligger flera restauranger på gatan snett mitt emot. Hotellet är lite slitet men de duger för 1 natt när man är på genomresa.

Un petit hôtel sympa, bon accueil. La chambre était confortable mais un peu petite. Un petit coup de neuf serait le bienvenu mais pas de quoi gâcher notre nuit. Au centre ville facile d accès avec des parcs pour des promenade a proximité. Bref un très bon rapport qualité prix. On n y retournera.
