La habitación confort era muy pequeña y básica, así como el lavabo, apenas había sitio para moverse cómodamente. Aunque es suficiente para un periodo corto y estaba muy limpia y silenciosa, bueno para descansar.Todo el personal es agradable y se preocupa para que la estancia sea agradable, ofreciendo indicaciones de lugares para visitar y de los elementos de que se dispone en el establecimiento. El wifi funciona con normalidad y buena señal. Desayuno completo y variado con diferentes opciones. A destacar que se dispone de varios tipos de leche. La zona del salón donde se sirve estaba limpio y ordenado.

The location is perfect, a short walk to Petit France and super close to Strasbourg station which is very convenient for visiting nearly towns such as Colmar, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg and Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. This place is amazing! Huge room, friendly and helpful people at front desk. Very short walk to train station for side trips and short walk to town center for sights, shopping and dining. A/C works very well. We would definitely stay here again.

Beskedent hotel, værelset var mørkt af tunge mørke møbler og mørkt tæppe på gulvet . Det havde været rart med et lille køleskab. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig. Tæt på byen, alt i gå afstand . Meget lille p kælder,. Vi var presset i WW Passat . Ikke et hotel vi vil bruge igen og er på ingen måde 4 stjerner. Personalet var flinke og imødekommende.
