「シカゴからナイアガラの滝への移動中に宿泊しました。ナイアガラ付近のホテルに比べて安かったため予約しました。建物は古いものの清潔に保たれていました。深夜に到着したので、24時間チェックイン可能なのは有り難かったです。」

「I was in the lobby at about 1a sat night/sun morning with a fully paid expedia reservation; no one was at front desk, there was a # to call, Kelly; spoke to her , was very rude said she was not on the property and can’t help me, said expedia is terrible and they “overbooked”; I said that is generally a good problem? she took offense and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises and hung up. Ouch!! Not a good look, this new to be reported to higher levels. Happy to discuss...

「It was clean enough but I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room and it was freezing. I had to use bath towels as an extra blanket. The breakfast in the morning was handled by only one person who did both the breakfast and front desk duties. They ran out of everything because the poor woman had to do both. It was a very busy Sunday morning and you would think there would be more staff.」

「The family and I had a great time staying here. We would definitely stay again. Everything was as described. The hosts were awesome to work with and communication is always quick and professional. We are looking at staying again when it’s warmer. Super clean and organized. Definitely great memories were made」
