We were beyond happy. Our room had a lg private balcony, a gas fireplace, a sm kitchen, a lg jacuzzi tub. The manager was so kind, the room was super clean. We enjoyed our stay there, and highly recommend Webbs Hotel!

This is a quiet out of season hotel and boy don’t you just know it. Positives: Super quiet, nice views. Negatives: No one present at reception, had to wait for someone in their pajamas to come check us in. We booked a deluxe with a tub, which wasn’t clean and I had to clean myself before I could use it. We were provided with 2 of the smallest towels. The room was janky, tv was so weird we couldn’t even use it. We found a pair of shorts from a previous guest in the drawers so cleaners aren’t really doing their job. Old mattresses with memory foam on top to try save them. On top of all that, upon waking up and moving sheets there was blood on the comforter.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk , but the keys to our room were there with our names clearly on them. A phone next to the counter with a sign says pick up if you have any questions. So I did, person answering said we were all set. Room were clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers

The staff and this property are so unusually friendly and nice if they could get something or help us they would. Just cool people. Keep hoping some of the mess could be cleaned and rooms had properly working, handles, and locks. Coffee service was great! Usually with snacks ! AC bed and water were great! Every room had balcony! With a lake veiw!

Newly remodeled and friendly staff

We were visiting family in the area and chose here because we know the area. The resort was clean and newly remodeled. The staff was very friendly, especially Kelly. The breakfast was not much, just a cereal bar, some muffins and bagels and coffee so we ate at a local restaurant down the street. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Good hotel and lovely pool.

Hotel is in the process of renovation. Front desk lass was lovely. Pool was nice. Small snacks in the morning before we continued on our road trip. Recommend.

Wasn’t a long stay but got the room with the jacuzzi tube. View was amazing with the Chautauqua lake. A little remodeling going on but wasn’t too crazy. Pool was open but didn’t go in.

Would have been good to know they are renovatingm

The staff did their best to maneuver around the renovations. It would have been helpful to know about them for expectation management. Spacious rooms, but washroom in need if updating. Very dog friendly. I would give them another chance and stay again

They are remodeling! Be aware that there is no more restaurant. The pool and hot tub were being remodeled and will be very nice when done. Ask what is open if it matters. The bed was very comfy!

I was a little disappointed that the pool and weight room were under construction since that was partly why i chose this hotel. The room was clean and the set up was nice. We had a room with a hot tub and i brought my own cleaner to make sure it was clean before i used it. I had a lovely time and I'd probably come back just to wake up and see that view!
