Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!

I was just looking for a place to sleep enroute. That's all I got. The bed was good; not much else was. I will say that the night desk person who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

When I got in I was at the desk for 15 minutes before someone greeted us. Pool was closed even though it was clearly operating. They put up signs to keep people out claiming “weekly maintenance.” They eventually opened up the pool for us but the jacuzzi jets were not working. I drove for hours and just wanted to relax. Staff was fighting, you could hear them behind closed doors. Thankfully I didn’t book this location for the hotel and had plenty to do but amenities were awful. Also smelled like cigarettes and mold.

This place used to be beautiful but sad to say it's not anymore it smells like mold the room smelled like an ashtray when it was a non smoking room. The TV remote didn't work and the staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Room was not clean trash all over behind the refrigerator. The blind fell and hit my grandson on the head.the pool was filthy . They had parakeet s in a cage by the check in and they had no food or water and filthy cage. People outside all night sitting in chair's drinking and being very noisy until 2am. There was 2 staff members that were very nice only good thing to say about the place.

Hot tub did not work. The plug was worn so water drained right out. No toilet paper. When asked for bed change as advertise you can receive on request, we was told no. Well yes in morning but was not done, then no when requested a 2nd time. Old beds with a pad put on top. For couples I would not recommend.

I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services

No one was at the desk to check in hottub didn’t work rooms were dirty the tub had to be run 3 times just to use it said we got an upgraded room that we were not informed about and because they were overbooked and had to give us a better room they took away the tv because we were “last minute reservation” and didn’t pay for it when it was included in the original pricing even though we booked a week in advance. They were supposed to give us a refund because we left within the first 4 hours of being there and have yet to receive my refund. When we talked to the manager she didn’t not seem surprised at all and gave us attitude for addressing the problem.

I could not put clothes in the drawers, there was food crumbs in there. The shower curtain was moldy half way up. They would not correct it. The toilet was not screwed to the flood tightly. Listed as non smoking, it is not. Very Smokey and marijuana was smelly. Pool was green. I asked about the breakfast and was told that she didn’t know anyone was staying there. Not clean at all. Blow dryer did not work. I would NEVER go back!

The motel is"tired" and is being renovated. There are issues with the pool, the plumbing. Could be cleaner. The motel has new owners and hope that big changes are coming.

We enjoyed our weekend there. It's a little out dated, but the friendliness of the staff made the visit absolutely amazing.

We loved our visit and Webbs so much we came up from Pa 2 weekends in a row. Kelly and Sabrina are amazing and make you feel like you are at home.

The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was not open for the entire stay; other people continued to use it despite that. We did not. The staff seems to be making great efforts to improve the property. They even left to buy items we needed during our stay. The entire property smells like smoke. I am unsure if there is a smoking permitted room: but people smoke in the rooms or on the balconies. It was annoying at best and definitely a concern for anyone with asthma or anyone who just hates that smell. The room itself was clean as was the bathroom. The heat and AC worked well. TV provided night time entertainment and the small fridge was nice to have. The pet friendly option is a huge perk when traveling and the property was very well maintained for pets: grass cut: didn’t smell like pets at all. No elevator: so it was a bit of exercise going up to the second floor but I didn’t feel this took away from the trip. Views of the lake are incredible and the putt putt is always really nice course. We did not use the gym. Continental breakfast was provided each morning. Overall I would want to visit the property before returning. It was effective and I expect it to be improved over time given the dedication of the staff.

Nice place to stay!

Our stay was good, on par with other places we've stayed. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The bed was very large and comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub and they were clean and nice as well. It was a nice stay.
