"The room was very clean by the housekeeping staff.The staff overall was very excellent.They were very helpful to whatever you needed.The Wi-Fi is above average.The air conditioning and heating works great."

"This cottage serve our purpose by providing 3 bedroomd. Our CG cadets enjoyed fixing a dinner in the kitchen and playing the guitars. The location offered a safe environment and we we're only about 25 minutes from the Coast Guard Academy. However, if you wanted to increase rentals then the owner might consider these additional improvement. 1) Remove the couch and chair from the living room and replace it with the couch and chair in the back room. 2) Scrape the bathroom ceiling and paint it.3) Get new silverware and new linens for the bathroom and bedrooms.4) Remove personal items and pictures from the closets and coffee table. 5) Purchase new blinds."

"I was double billed for the stay. I didn’t arrive until 3/22. The trip for 3/21 was cancelled but I was charged anyway."

"Clean room. Front desk manager not friendly. Needed bedding for pull out couch. Said they would bring up shortly but it never arrived. Kid slept on mattress with a blanket. Not happy. Had medical emergency in middle of night and desk staff had no idea where the nearest hospital was. Smiled but clueless. Language was a challenge. Would not likely stay here again "
