「駐車場は無料で良かった！ 長期の滞在で、洗濯物は少し困った、夏でも気温低くて乾かない。 ランドリーが欲しかった。 また冷蔵庫がないから食料品の保存にやや苦労したがイギリスのホテルはこれが標準なのかもしれません。」

「Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Unfortunately the pool / spa area is grubby. From a long time of not being cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was kept nice and clean.」

「Lovely hotel, staff were fantastic and room was cleaned to an okay standard. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned, tea/coffee not replenished, no fresh towels, toilet rolls not replenished resulting in me having to call reception for more. That was the only downside to the stay」

「You couldn't ask for more. Central location, great customer service, restraunts and decor themed across the hotel. The room was a family room, which had a nook for a single bed giving people privacy. The room while not large is perfectly adequate with all the facilities you need. While we didn't dine in, but did have breakfast. The service was fabulous, as was the food. Parking is provided but can be awkward to manoeuvre once in due to the angle of the spaces. Highly recommend and will be back.」

「Located in Glaston, we used the old pheasant for an overnight base whilst travelling through. Family suite was generous in space, clean and comfortable. Kids had private sleeping space. We enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant and was looked after by the front of house team who were excellent. We stayed for breakfast and enjoyed both a continental and cooked breakfast. Food was value for money and service was fantastic throughout the visit. Would stay again. Value for money.」

「Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up」

「We were put in the annex roof room which had suffered earlier water damage. While we understand that Victorian houses are not the same as today's the stairs were extremely narrow and dangerous, especially when carrying suitcases. The windows also need replacing, the double glazing was a manual effort」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed with a smile, which I truly appreciated. They kindly shared information about local shops and sightseeing spots, which helped ease my worries about being in a new town for the first time. The building is old, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. (Adjusting the bath water temperature was a bit of a challenge.) Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.」
