Welcome to our newly renovated, charming, 5 bedroom home in Downtown Lodi that sleeps up to 10. There are very few properties located as close to Downtown Lodi was we are! Just a few blocks from the wineries, restaurants, and shops, there is no better place to explore the city than from our home.
Step into a harmonious blend of history and modernity at our fully renovated 100-year-old home. This charming residence, steeped in a century of stories, has been meticulously transformed into a contemporary haven with all the comforts you desire.
LOCATION:
Our location is unbeatable! Not many homes are situated as close to Downtown Lodi as we are where you can immerse yourself in the vibrant local energy. Walk to your favorite wineries, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, wine festivals, farmers markets, etc without worrying about driving or parking. Please note that there is no garage parking but plenty of street parking around the home.
BEDROOMS:
There are three bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has plush new mattresses and comfortable bedding ensuring a perfect night's rest.
Downstairs 1 - Cal King Bed
Downstairs 2 - Queen Bed (includes a desk)
Downstairs 3 - Two Twin Beds
Upstairs 1 - Queen Bed (includes a TV)
Upstairs 2 - Queen Bed (includes a desk)
Please note that the downstairs area has central air and heat which can be controlled by the smart thermostat. The third bedroom doesn't get central air/heat, so there is a portable unit in that bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms have their own window units where you can control the temperature with a remote control.
KITCHEN AND KITCHENETTE:
The downstairs features a sleek fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up your favorite breakfast or cook a family dinner meal while enjoying some local wine. As a bonus, the upstairs has a kitchenette, including a small fridge for those staying upstairs who might be hungry for a midnight snack. Please note that the home DOES NOT HAVE A DISHWASHER but we provide a dish sponge, dish soap and a drying rack.
PETS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog.

As mentioned in our listing description, we do NOT have garage parking. However, there is plenty of street parking on the main road. We also DO NOT HAVE A DISHWASHER but provide a dish sponge and drying rack.
We have three security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home to ensure our guests are safe during their stay. We DO NOT have any interior cameras.
PETS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.
HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOURS: The neighborhood Noise Curfew starts at 10pm. If you wish to play music passed 10pm, please ensure the noise level is at a minimum.
- NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) indoors. If you wish to smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 10 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
- OTHER: Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home. Illegal activity is not allowed inside the home.
CHECK-IN PROCESS
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to provide a selfie holding a valid ID and the credit card used for booking. Please ensure that the name on the ID matches the name on the credit card. For your privacy, you are welcome to black out sensitive information such as your driver's license number or other personal details—we only require the name and photo on the ID.
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 3pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check in / late check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.
If you'd like to guarantee an early check in / late check out, we can block the day before /after for $100.
