Very spacious suites and general walkways. Clean, modern and comfortable. 1/2 hour drive from old Stockholm. The restaurant/bar is a work of art in itself with the pound, fish and palm trees. Convenient grocery store across the parking lot. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and special thanks to Anna and Leo for feeding and keeping us hydrated in a friendly atmosphere!

It is a great place for families and convenient to many places in Sweden via public transportation. Hotel employees are all very kind. Free breakfast is very nice but they never changed up the buffet offerings all week. Dinner restaurant is good but again, would like to at least have a daily special on the menu to change things up for those staying a week or longer.

Okay on average

The stay was generally okay. Hotel environment and breakfast area is beautiful. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Main downside for me was the fact that one has to order online for room cleaning. It really didn't make sense. Moreover, the slippery floor in the pool area was very dangerous. The times we were at the pool we slipped and almost fell and saw others stumble.

The hotel was nice for the price considering we were in town for Taylor Swift. Easy access to public transit and lots of grocery and stores around. Only fast food places are Maxx Burger and Subway, but we enjoyed both. The only complaint we had was the rooms were boiling hot and we couldn’t spend too much time in our room during the day or early morning. Windows do not open and front desk said there was AC, but there was not, or not AC that worked in our room. Made for a very uncomfortable time during the day and early morning. Otherwise good bang for your buck!

My stay here was good, we stayed for 6 days for the Taylor Swift concert. My room was upgraded after we arrived because my previous room had a broken bed. The staff were very kind about it. The original room wasn’t like the pictures advertise and was green and kinda old furnishings. The breakfast was really good and the dining area is amazing we got to sit next to the fish while eating breakfast. The new room itself was a king bed room and was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures advertised, we asked once for cleaning and they kept coming which was helpful, although oddly every time I left my room card in the room the cleaners took it. I asked if this was normal it wasn’t I got given a new card and then the next day I did the same thing and the cleaning took it again? It’s not a big deal just odd. The pool and gym area are nice although the pool itself could do with a deep clean The hotel was clearly busy but they handled it really well.
