"I had a wonderful stay at Sofia's Hotel. It's incredibly convenient, located just a 10-minute walk from the airport. You can also take Bus #6 for only €1–2, which drops you off very close to the hotel. I chose to walk, and it was an easy, pleasant walk.
The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The hotel has a nice pool and an on-site restaurant, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty...

"A couple of the front desk staff acted imposed upon if you had a question. One staff member tried to be as least helpful as possible. It felt rushed in the breakfast area, although to the defense of the staff, it was likely the hotel management that was the underlying cause."
