「Room was not at all what we expected from the pictures on the site. The room we got, was completely run down. Smelled when we open the door, we had to open the windows till we went to sleep. Hot water took a long time to run. We know we didn’t lay very much for the room, but it really wasn’t at all what they have on the booking sites. Had we not been so tired from travelling we would have went to office to ask for another room. Quick sleep and back on the road. Just a warning! Be careful of...

「This small, historic building was a refreshing change from all the corporate-owned lodgings. The staff were very friendly and helpful (including the two welcoming dogs who functioned as greeters). The winter salad and blueberry pie were phenomenal!」

「Pros and Cons both: The spacious room was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated - surprisingly so, with nice looking Federal style furniture - but the bathroom fixtures were extremely old (as in 1980s old), worn, and slightly grimy, but that could be because that is as clean as they can get at this age. The area is off the downtown and extremely quiet on the weeknight we were there, although it is next to a pub and a Casino. The gas wall mounted "Fireplace" is not in a lobby anyone...
