After booking, you are not allowed to make check-in before you pay a deposit.
The bigger problem that refund of deposit happens after a week upon check-out (if they judge that everything is fine in the flat).
Poor communication and didn't respond to any of my messages that I sent to them

It was very conveniently located within easy reach of public transport to get to the city centre sightseeing places.
We stayed for two nights and breakfast was average for the rates paid.

Great hotel for short stay
We had a nice two night stay in the hotel. The room was big enough for our stay with comfortable bed. We loved the outdoor pool and the roof bar. excellent location if you are staying for conference (front of uni) or need to get a Boat at Danube is good. Breakfast is REALLY good! Gave 4/5 as they could have body lotion also and a better hair dryer.
