「The hosts pleasant greetings. Clear instructions. The only challenge was the steps leading to and from the door. A railing would have made it perfection. The wildlife was wild. Turkeys and Deer , super quiet and wooded yard all added up to greatness! 」

「A great house for groups! I especially appreciated the accessibility as a physically disabled person, there is a ramp to get in and grab bars in the bathroom. The bedrooms were cozy and the sheets were incredibly soft. Appreciated the communication and ease of check out with the host as well! A perfect stay!」

Only a couple of comments: this high tech house was a little over the head of my crew and a guidebook to show us how to use all those remotes would have been most welcome. And one of my folks was looking for a can opener… We had a lovely time and the next convention we have in Rochester I will book here again without hesitation! 」

「Convenient access to Mayo Clinic and a 14min walk if you want to leave the car. 2 car spots in the driveway for easy parking. Extra bathroom and shower downstairs if needed. 3 steps to get up into house in case that is an issue for anyone. WiFi available and a super nice recliner for someone recouping. Jessica was super nice to work with. 」
