Had to put deposit down for room once I arrived. There was nothing abt a deposit when the room was booked. For the condition of the room, I believe there should not have been a deposit.

Hotel was not very clean at all. Dirty bath towel hanging over shower curtain. Dog food behind bed. Granddaughter almost ate. Room curtains had holes in them both nights we stayed before and after vacation. I will say young lady at front desk both dates was very friendly. Excellent breakfast though. Overall just average but rooms definitely need better care and housekeeping needs to clean better
