"I had a fabulous time. We had a room right next to the pond. The garden was amazing. Even the ducks and the Koi fish seem to be friendly. This day exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay here again."

"Very disappointing stay overall. The only positives were free parking and continental breakfast, but the breakfast options were minimal and most of the bagels and croissants were stale. The hotel also has very poor sound insulation as we could hear carts and people talking in the hallway throughout the night. The biggest issue was the staff and housekeeping. Front desk employees were not friendly or helpful, and when I asked for extra towels I was told I had to bring my dirty towels down to exchange them, which seemed unusual and inconvenient. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. I stayed three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned until the last night despite being told it would be done earlier. When I asked for an extra blanket and pillow, the housekeeper made it seem like a major inconvenience. Overall, the lack of helpful service, noise issues, and inconsistent housekeeping made this a frustrating stay. I would not stay here again."

"When we arrived the 1 elevator was broken and we were put on the 3rd floor. The hotel was relatively empty and no offer to relocate or for any perks due to inconvenience. They were also in the middle of a remodel so the parking lot was littered with discarded items from furniture to windows"
