"Overall not a great experience. Was supposed to be one of the nicer hotels in Mountain View. Turned out to be noisy with broken elevators."

"Room was spacious clean but only one thing that I was not satisfied was the water from the shower head was slippery (I have no clue why)"

"Staff was nice. Parking was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was less than other Best Western hotels. Property had garbage and leaves blown against a few doorways at end. I was there 4 nights and garbage and dirt and leaves were never taken care of. Carpet was old and dirty. Tub had old dirty anti slip stickers. Walls were thin people talking and all water pipes were loud. "

"We stay here often, however the rooms are rarely as listed...meaning it may say a 2 bedroom with 2 queens when in fact it may be a king with 2 twin beds. Also, the Latch keyless entry is a pain. It usually takes an hour before we get in just because the codes don't work. Yet, the location, parking and overall great neighbors and neighborhood make up for the frustrations."

"This property is undergoing renovation which include construction on some floors. The dust from construction permeates the building and the contruction area is unsightly. I got sick from inhaling the dust."
