Overall, the apartment was good, but did struggle to get the digital key in the first place and had to phone the helpdesk as there was only an AI assistant on live chat.

Very well equipped and comfortable studio apartment

I am not big on apartment hotels, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The space in the room was great; the cleanliness of the room and the entire property was excellent. It was conveniently located near the Russel Square station that allowed us to get all our sighting seeing spots very easily. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. I had to make additional arrangements, and the customer service and response was above and beyond. We are very happy with our stay.

We had a lovely one night stay at apartment number 2. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. Just perfect for us and having a Tesco opposite was a bonus. If we were staying for any length of time it would be handy if there were more serving bowls, measuring jug and oven trays etc for ease of cooking. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will be returning soon! The housekeeping lad was super helpful too!
