「The staff was great from check-in to check-out. And the evening cocktails were an unexpected treat! The hotel may be in a very old building, but it is clean & very stylish. We stayed at 3 hotels in 4 nights going to a wedding in west NY and the Drury was our favorite by far! 」

We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious! 」

「Easy check-in, hotel was very unique utilizing the old arcade building from 1890. Rooms were larger than most in this price range. We self parked right next door for $35/night. Several restaurants are in the hotel, but you are in one of the best restaurant areas in the city. We walked to most places including an easy walk to Progressive Field. Not like famous luxury hotel but if you like this style like W, you would love this hotel.」
