"The property itself was very nice, but breakfast was an issue when there was no hot food available for 15-20 minutes during peak times. There was also limited seating during these times."

"Location is fantastic. It’s an original motel that has been spruced up with new paint and updated bathrooms. It has a choppy layout. But staff were great. Location is amazing. Walked right out our door and clipped into the skis. Would do it again for a last minute ski trip like the one we were on. "

"Great accommodations and perfect location. This house was ideal for 2 families of 5. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. the rental company was quick to respond and even provided a baby gate, high chair, and pack n play. The house was clean with plenty of towels. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub every evening."

"We were severely disappointed with regard to check in. We were told we only had 2 nights reserved when in fact we booked 4. The Sheraton had trouble communicating with the owner to resolve the issue. We had to book 2 additional rooms while we waited to resolve issues waiting for the owner to resolve. We never stayed in the unit we rented but worked out something with the Sheraton manager where we would stay in another unit and not have to move every day. We were initially told we booked it incorrectly but later the Sheraton manager told us the owner canceled our rooms for 2 nights. It took a long time to resolve but we finally were able to get a room and we did not have to move every day. The Sheraton staff helped where they could but not being able to communicate with the owner made the check in experience stressful. We have used VRBO to rent in the past and had good experiences so hopefully they will work to resolve issues with owner rentals in the future at the Sheraton Resort Villas."

"Skiing was great snow was good up higher and the last day Friday we got snow so it was nice to play in some powder. The condo was pretty good. I was a little bothered that none of the TVs worked. I had to get someone to come in and reprogram it to get it to come on the TV in the bedroom was leaning against the back wall because it was broke off the stand pretty poor for a 5000 a week place."

"Excellent location! The ski slopes were so close, the condo was so cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We did not have any hot water the last morning, so trying to shower before leaving was chilling. Also, a minor thing but would elevate the experience would be quality toilet paper. The toilet paper in the outhouse in the rabbit ears snowmobile parking lot was much better than what we had in our unit."
