"12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. We had planned on skiing all day and had purchased groceries as well. We tried to explain this and Anna was unapologetic and did not care the inconvenience would cause us. Luckily for us we had a very kind gentlemen help us at check-in and worked with the owners management to arrange for us to stay in the same room. I see there was another review for Anna where she canceled their reservation entirely 24 hours out. Luckily for us this did not happen but renters beware.Hotel is great and staff was lovely and you can not beat the location! "

"We have stayed at the Sheraton before but the views from this condo were amazing! We had the best time and enjoyed having coffee every morning before hitting the slopes with an awesome view! Ana was amazing with communication and helping out when needed! We will definitely be back l, hopefully very soon! Thank you for an exceptional stay! "
