"The hotel is OK. Our room was on the groundfloor and seemed a bit tired. It wasn’t a large bed and we were kept awake from 4 -5am by the television in an adjoining room. Parking at the hotel is easy (reduced payment for guests) and it’s convenient for the M5 and Exeter airport."

"We had our family (all 19 of us) holiday in 3 tents at Kittisford Barton. It's a great, out of the way location. The tents are very comfortable and servisable.
