「The family rooms more like an apartment were excellent. Everything you needed in the room including dvds for the kids. The host was brilliant and locals in the bar were welcoming. The location and setting lovely. Would recommend to stopping here」

「今回で2回目です。スタッフの方はいつも全員感じが良く、夕食ギリギリの時間に到着しましたが対応してくださいました。ボロネーゼのパスタがすごく美味しく感動しました。 施設は古いですが清潔に保たれておりベッドも寝心地がよく快適です。朝食も美味しく駅の目の前で便利です。毎回Tauntonに行く時は利用する予定です。」

「Check in was advertised at 3.00pm, arrived at 4.50pm but room was not available & hadn't been cleaned as the cleaner didn't turn up? Menu was reduced as the chef didn't turn up either and no toilet rolls in the bathroom. I gave my breakfast order the night before but it was not passed onto the cover chef in the morning, so in all not a great experience but...would I stay there again...definitely yes. Michelle and her team were amazing, they did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable and...

「For a hotel in he middle of Taunton it was excellent, had to pay to park the car though, but parking very convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.」
