"Amazing experience!
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. All hotel amenities were clean, well-organized, and ready to use. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from.
What truly made this stay extraordinary was the outstanding service. Brad, Vicente, Cruz, Eric, Ruby, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were exceptional.
Without a doubt, this was a unique and unforgettable stay — truly a hotel that exceeds five-star expectations. ❤️"
"The staff went above and beyond for us. We got in real late after midnight and they were extremely accommodating. Since we were flying all day on my fiancé birthday i had asked for them to leave a little happy birthday note in the room when we arrived. They left a birtday card and a box of whoppers for her. That was amazing. The whole staff was top notch. "
"Easy check in & out. Nice clean room, pool, & hotel. Hotel is old but that lends to a bit of nostalgia as maintenance & upkeep have keep the feeling of freshness alive."
"The breakfast menu was good but I was staying all week and I felt a little entrapped to pay for full breakfasts every morning since I stay there the year prior and there was plenty of complimentary items at the buffet that was included to fill me up. The free breakfast item options were pretty thin. I understand the people from the street walk in and just try and take all the free breakfast buffet but sounds like a security problem and not a guest problem. "
"What a gem of a hotel! Perfect for our overnight stay in Chicago. All was immaculately clean and so well appointed. Very nice staff, too! 5 Stars from us"
"Checked in here for a concert at the Wintrust arena, temperatures were close to 0 so being across the street from our venue was super convenient! When searching in the area, this was both the closest and affordable for us, booked over a month in advance it was under $200 which is almost unheard of in the city. A couple locals said the area used to not be the safest and has improved over the last few years but not to venture off too far just in case (we were a group of women) but felt safe overall.
Checking in and out was a breeze, everyone was friendly and helpful when needed. Didn't have much interaction but zero conplaints with the ones i did. The room was comfortable and clean, the drain for the bathtub was a little slow moving but went down.
Everything here was great, i would reccomend and will return in the future when looking to stay in the area. "
