"Always love this hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous, the breakfast is sufficient, it is walkable and it’s close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and entertainment."

"Parking was good, the staff was nice breakfast was OK. The rooms in need of renovation the carpet strained the bathroom not cleaned properly the tv didn’t work they switch the room and the tv worked but the channel up and down button didn’t the area where the property was looked more industrial nothing interesting the outside was renovated but the inside leaves much to be desired "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton! The property was well kept, clean, and the amenities were an added bonus. I love the layout and how well everything functioned in unison. The rooms were clean and properly stocked. The bed was comfortable, the shower was love at first sight, and the esthetics gave the room a nice warm feeling. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Ayanna at the fron desk made my day. She was always one step ahead of me and she was very accommodating. Thank you guys for making my stay a great one to remember! See you soon!"

"Cons: bathroom was old. Shower curtains were dirty. The sink was clogged. Bed sheets had stains and were old. Pillows were filthy and old. The room itself was not cleaned very good. Pros: AC unit worked flawlessly. The staff were nice and helpful. The fridge worked great as well."
