"Worse place ever. No hot water, towels, toilet paper. Bed, walls, floors, restroom, furniture, sheets were EXTREMELY dirty. People knocking on door multiple times at all hours of the night. Please DO NOT STAY HERE. "
"Booked with Expedia and not what I was expecting. Showed up for check in and front desk had “no confirmation of my booking” even after I provided booking confirmation #. After calling Expedia multiple times I just kept getting hung up on."

"My stay was enjoyable. It's always a good day when you wake up and there's good coffee downstairs and a festival with music going on across the street. Very nice walkable area with lots of food and other necessities."

"Room was fine and the bed comfortable. Very nice shower. We particularly enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool.
Special praise for the restaurant. We had breakfast every day and dinner twice, all meals were excellent. The chef-special baklava was a real treat. Staff were always pleasant and helpful."

"Check-in was super simple. Kitchen seemed fully stocked with items for cooking (although we did not use any of it). We came to Dallas for a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. This home was conveniently located to the venue. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but it did seem like several of the houses were being fixed up to beautify the neighborhood. We had no safety issues at all. We basically needed a place to shower and sleep, and this was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, if necessary. There was plenty of space for my mom, my three kids, and me. "
"This is a must stay for anyone going to this area. The communication with Amy was amazing and she alwasy responded very quickly with anything we need. The house was very clean and roomy for my family of 5. We will be a returning customer to this house. Everything worked flawlessly from the tv's and internet to the games for the kids. House is extremely comfy and relaxing. The neighborhood seemed for safe and convenient to downtown Dallas. Also has an attached parking garage to put your car in the feel even safer"
