"Clean, spacious room (107) with sofa and chair as well as the bed and a desk. No wardrobe but space and hangers provided. 2 suitcase stands as well. The lift wasn't working so good job we were only on the 1st floor. Bathroom set out for disabled but fully functional as a wet room. Staff very friendly and the service was top notch. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet was delicious and hot."

"The room was different to the one I'd loved last time and reception just changed it absolutely no problem at all. She said she'd put a note on the system too so that they know which room I prefer.
