"I had a wonderful stay at Shama Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive from the moment I arrived, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. My room was clean, the views were insane, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I loved the innovative technology in the room, and the hotel also offers a small gym and discounted deals at the restaurants in the same building. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"I booked a 4-day, 3-night stay and was scheduled to check out on Monday. However, on Sunday (the day before checkout), the hotel locked my room without my permission! Their explanation was absurd: they claimed that because my stuff hadn't moved, they assumed I had left. This is a huge violation of privacy. Management didn't care at all and gave a very lazy response.
Save your money and avoid this place!"
