We arrived well before check-in time so the staff kept our cases safe, and when we came back later on in the day the cases were in the room waiting for us. Pool was a let down as it’s not on the roof top so is in the shade the majority of the day. If this is a factor for choosing this hotel, as it was for us, you may be disappointed as it’s not a place to relax and enjoy the sun. "
