"Came HongKong to watch Twins concert at the coliseum and boy, this hotel is a stone throw away from the concert hall. Super convenient and also a stone throw away from the MTR. Will be my first choice in the future if I’m coming for another concert. Front desk staffs are pretty friendly and can converse well in English and mandarin too. "

"I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE!
