The room was clean, the hotel is right near the train, staff were very friendly and helpful. They even printed off my tickets for me, as well as offering mulled wine & a biscuit on arrival. The bar staff are very welcoming

However would’ve been nice if they did a bit more of a clean as we had dirty cutlery / cups etc & were staying for 4 nights The location was amazing for accessing everything especially as we were walking most places Is in a downtown street - great for the kebab shops but also wouldn’t walk there alone at night as many strip clubs and lots of groups of men hanging about Overall happy with stay and made up by the staff who are so nice, would stay again!

Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix (nothing inappropriate) and most of the videos or shows weren’t showing up. But if I used data from my phone it worked just fine. Everything else was adequate but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed here for over 10 nights and included the breakfast buffet. The hotel was great but unfortunately the buffet was the same every day.

Cons: The blanket provided was itchy and small. The shower needed to be deep cleaned. There was a weird stale smell in the room each time I returned because the key card has to be inserted into a slot by the door to activate the electricity in the room. Pros: A fan was provided which helped with the staleness and the room and bed were larger than expected. The location of the hotel is next to a gentlemen’s club and if I were alone I would not feel safe walking around after dark. The location was close to the main train station, and walking distance to many main sightseeing points.
