Remember these names anyone of them will give you the best customer service as I had my own interaction with them and I was very impressed. 10 out of 10 Suhail, Adil, Naealla, 2 x Hind, Ali, and whoever names I have forgotten they are all doing their job at there best level and are such lovely people to meet. "Although brief, my stay here was wonderful. I stayed for one night on my way back to the US from Marrakech. The service was great, and the room was wonderful. I enjoyed the layout, design and decor. The restaurant connected to the hotel seemed lovely, although I was too tired to enjoy it. They had a jazz band give a show at 10:00 pm which I am sorry that I missed. My only complaint was that I was too late to book the Hamman experience with the spa. If I had another night in town I would have. "

"Everything was great!!! Pillows should be softer (& mattress too). Didn't love panhandlers outside the area, they're harmless tho. A shout out to 'Saidi' at the front desk along with everyone throughout the hotel including breakfast guys!! Conditioner & hand lotion would be nice if they gave since it's a better hotel."
