The staff is very kind, the people at the reception are welcoming and take the time to talk to you. A woman came to show us how to make traditional Moroccan tea and we had a good chat with the security guard.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. We had a two bedroom apartment. The sheets were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
It was not easy to identify the hotel since there is no sign outside, and the building itself does not inspire a lot of confidence from the outside.

Nice hotel right across the main highway from the ocean. Beautiful view from large windows. Room walls are somewhat rundown as are other small things like doorknobs and cabinet doors. AC was not working properly. After confirming with receptionist, said they’d send someone, but no one ever came. Only stayed one night (less then 24 hours total) or would have pushed harder.

AMAZING VIEW AND VERY CONFY APPARTMENT

Amazing view. Very confy and very professional and simphatic staff. Pedro was very kind and passed me good information. Almost in front of the Mosquee. Ask for the 7th or 6th floor apartment if you want to enjoy the best view.

The staff was courteous, however there was an issue with the water machine in the bathroom which was leaking, I had told the host, and he just said he would talk to the technician. No one ever came and it didnt get fixed. We ended up putting pot underneath to catch the water. Only the mosque is nearby, everything else is far. Apartment is spacious and has a great view.

One of most horrible experiences I have informed the crew the first night that bedbugs are present and instead of placing me in different unit they promised to me twice to do so then they did not I have them complained many times but nothing have been done …instead of resolving the issue they have blamed me for it … thankfully the small bedroom did not have as many bed bug as the big room but unfortunately I was not able to receive my guests because of this issue
