We had a great stay at Hotel Victoria. Riya at the front desk was very helpful and was wonderful getting us situated with an early check-in.The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast menu had something for everyone. We originally selected this hotel for the Heritage designation and location and now wish we'd had a longer stay. Beautiful inside and walkable to Scotiabank arena, Union Station, CN tower, Rogers Center, Eaton Centre, and Nathan Phillips Square. We hopped on the metro back from UofT, Yorkville and the ROM. Would definitely stay again!

Clean good sized room, comfy bed, complimentary coffee with real milk in the fridge. Nice washroom. Front desk staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very good for breakfast. Only thing that was missing was Netflix or some kind of streaming other than the terrible basic cable.

The house was badly equipped, dirty and scruffy. Beds weren’t made up, water supply didn’t reach some taps at all and others only intermittently. The cooker was faulty and kept making loud clicking noises. The bedroom door handle only worked from the outside so one of our group got trapped in there ...
