Shower drain blocked resulting in water flowing into the accommodation. Raised at desk but no offer to make good after being unable to use that facility. Previous free parking removed, charged on checkout with no reason to the change or notice before I had used the facility.

"The hotel itself was fine. The aircon worked normally on our first night but then someone came in (when the "do not disturb" sign was on the door) saying they needed to test the system. It then didn't work after that and we were boiling the second night."
