Well presented hotel in the heart of Sheffield. Rooms were a good size & was clean to a high standard, beds were modern & extremely comfortable. En suite was a decent size & shower was powerful although the temperature settings could do with adjustments. Noisy toilet flush with after noise echoing. Breakfast was delicious with options suited to all, hot self service breakfast, cereals, juices, toast with selection of spreads & meat & cheese. Bar open late & food available at bar or room service.

A bit outside the city centre, but not necessarily a bad spot. Room was great. Wish it had AC. I like my room cold. Most of the staff was nice/helpful. first interaction with the lady at front desk was as pleasant as i would have liked, but maybe she was having a bad morning. I was early and it was basically, “you can’t check in until 3.” When I asked about early check in, “I can see if rooms are ready and it will cost you £25.” Just wasn’t as friendly as I would hope front desk to be. Especially first impressions.
