「We loved our stay here. There were only 5 of us (including our 4-year-old granddaughter), so we just used the upstairs. The indoor space is wonderful -- very open and comfortable. And the kitchen is very well stocked. The view from the pool deck and balcony is drop-dead gorgeous, and we loved watching the cruise ships coming and going. It was clear that this is a house that is used often for vacations because there are so many nice touches -- plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, floaties...

「Beautiful views, upstairs air conditioning was great, bedrooms are downstairs and you go outside to get to lower level and the air conditioning is not great and loud, stuffy so I sleep upstairs on the couch which was fine. We rented a jeep and explored most of the island and Coral Bay was a great location! If the cleaners could wiped down all outside cabinets and such that would be great as dirty finger prints left behind but this is fixable for the next guest!」

Paul was amazing, and responded immediately - and with a fantastically friendly demeanor - any time we had a question. The property was very well-stocked with pool and beach supplies, as well as towels, dishes/silverware, and general house supplies. We had a terrific vacation!」

「We had a very fun, comfortable, and relaxing visit! The house was very clean and very well appointed - the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had to work while there and looking over the aqua blue waters in the bay while taking meetings was so enjoyable! Others have remarked on the steep driveway, and it is very steep, but the entire island is mountainous with very steep roads, so it is just a function of being in St. Thomas. Gorgeous views of Coral Bay, easy access the North shore park beaches (favorite snorkel at Waterlemon Cay), the east end of the island to Haulover and the South to get to Miss Lucy's, Rams Head and Salt Pond. While it was a short easy drive back to Cruz Bay, our preference was enjoying the local spots right at the bottom of the hill. The house had a well stocked kitchen and we really enjoyed the relaxed approach to "leave it behind"...condiments, beer etc... check out...
