This 2 Bedroom 2 bath condominium at North Breakers has just completed renovation in the Winter of 2023! All Tile floors, both bathrooms have been redesigned and renovated including new tile and vanities. Master bath now has a walk in tile shower with bench. Master closet with shelving.
The kitchen completes the unit with new cabinets, sparkling white quartz counter tops and a convenient beverage fridge has been added to the bar area to keep your favorite beverages cold. Additional storage is available in new cabinets in the laundry room.
Kitchen is fully stocked to include both Keurig Elite and standard coffee maker.
To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.
Bedding includes -1 King, 1 Queen, 1 twin and new queen sofa sleeper complete with 4inch memory foam mattress for guests as well.
2 Dogs under under 35 pounds accepted(no cats) with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Everything, but I particularly loved the welcoming bone for our dog Holly. Staff were helpful too. I couldn’t figure out how to unlatch gate to pool and before I had a chance to call my husband to help me this man came over and asked me what I need. He told me to call him any time if I needed help. We will definitely be back.
Unit was great! Clean and adequately stocked. Updated with modern furnishings. Master bed was very comfy. The management company was great…very responsive and helpful. Grounds are well maintained. The walk to the beach is a little further than other places I’ve stayed at SSI but still not bad at all. Just sits back in the dunes. Pool is small but clean and gets the job done. Would stay here again without hesitation.
This was a great unit. Location is convenient. It was clean. Bed was comfy. Only problem was living room furniture was not comfortable. The couch should be replaced.
A small problem with unit but help was RIGHT there (less than 30 min) to fix the problem! Although the unit was a little dated, we had everything we needed/wanted and really enjoyed ourselves!
This condo exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect to get to the beach! We appreciate the fact that you allowed us to bring everyone’s favorite family member(the dog!) I loved the spacious closets, the large balcony, the master shower, and the beautiful kitchen backsplash. Loved all the decor. Super cute!! Oh, and my kids loved the mirrored wall and the medicine cabinets lol.
We will definitely look into coming back soon!!
This was a very nice property:. Very well maintained, clean, quiet and friendly people to meet on site. The entire process went well. The only surprise was an unexpected fee not on the original agreement. Everything else was just as promised and a perfect place to relax yet close enough to enjoy all St. Simon Island has to see and do. I would definitely recommend this property.
We needed a vacation and wanted to be on the beach. This unit met our needs. The pool was clean and had ample seating and shade. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed our daily walks. As noted by other guests, this unit could benefit from a remodel however as we were aware of that we were not bothered. We had one issue and Hodnett Cooper were polite and prompt. Very impressed with the entire process of booking, check in and out!
This condo is certainly about location and convenience of both pool and ocean. The unit itself shows some wear and tear, and the A/C didn’t cool things down (the management couldn’t have been nicer when we called to let them know, but we still couldn’t get the unit to cool enough after a maintenance person came). But all in all, it was good enough for what we needed and a good value for what we paid for it. The pool also was excellent, in terms of being clean with beautiful landscaping and not at all crowded, which was wonderful, considering covid-19 circumstances.
