This newly remodeled beach home has 3 primary suites, and private apartment (ability to sleep 12+). All bedrooms have a private bath, walk in showers, private porch and large TV. This home is within walking distance to the beach and pier village. Enjoy family dinners under the covered porches with fire pit, pool, hot tub and garden views…or entertain with cocktails by the poolside tiki bar.

Relax and make memories in the heart of the low country enjoying the island lifestyle at this beautiful private resort on Saint Simons Island. Tropical landscaping and covered porches surround a pool, hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, ping pong table and outdoor kitchen, plus so much more. Enjoy staying on the island in this spacious 3 full bedroom 5 bath home with an additional above garage private apartment (ability to sleep 12+). The home is located near the Pier Village and Beach.

Tiffany Lane is beautifully decorated with modern island decor and artwork. The main living/dining area is spacious and perfect for preparing meals together and enjoying the company of family and friends. The above garage private apartment is ideal for grand parents or the family who needs a little privacy from the bigger group. The backyard is your own private oasis with a pool, hot tub, tiki bar, fire pit and a covered lanais to enjoy outdoor dining and sipping on a refreshing beverage while hanging out on the beautiful patio or just rocking underneath a covered porch.

Alongside the pool, hot tub, tiki bar, putting green and fire pit, games and entertainment are included such as a ping pong table, pickle ball set, croquette, board games, cards and cornhole (bag toss) set. The spacious pet-friendly yard, outdoor kitchen with two gas grills, covered porches and gardens are made for relaxing and entertaining.

Small receptions allowed with owner permission.

Making Memories on SSI

Great house with awesome outdoor spaces and nice pool. Plenty of outdoor activities to keep everyone busy at the home (pool with floats, putting green, pingpong table, cornhole and more). Chairs and plenty of beach towels for the beach which is a short drive or bike ride away. Our dogs really enjoyed being able to be with the family on this trip- this is a great property (and beach) for dogs! There is even a dog bath for washing the pups after a frolic at the beach There is a nice fire pit which I'm sure is enjoyable in cooler weather (too hot when we were there in June) Bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms which suited our family well. The apartment above the garage provided a little more privacy and space which was perfect for my husband and I (parents/grandparents) Overall, everyone enjoyed our week Making Memories at St Simon!

60th Birthday Celebration Girls weekend

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! Our adult children and their partners all enjoyed private suites, while my husband and I took the loft bedroom. The pool and hot tub were divine and the ping pong, putting green and corn hole made for the ultimate family olympics :) The beds were comfortable and all was provided for!

Beautiful Home!!

I stayed here with a group of girls for the weekend. It was a wonderful property, had ample space for all of us and we didn't want to leave! We were able to check in early, which I really appreciated (since I was flying in from nyc). We had so much fun outside by the pool!! We honestly could have stayed at the property the entire trip! it was that lovely, fun and spacious! thank you for having us!!

Great house for a large group

I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone traveling with a big group. As soon as I walked in the door I couldn’t believe how spacious and clean the house felt and was even more pleasantly surprised when I stepped outside to the pool/backyard area. It’s got all the amenities you could ever want (even came with a dog bath & doggie blow dryer). Every room was comfortable. The open concept kitchen living room was great to hang out in when we needed a break from the heat. We all had the best time and hope to come back someday!

Amazing home!!

Wonderful Vacation home

Wonderful outdoor spaces. The house itself accommodated 8 of us very comfortably. My grandsons had a blast in the pool and we all enjoyed the other outdoor amenities. Nina is a wonderful hostess. She communicated promptly. This house is definitely on the list for future vacations.

Perfect Accommodations

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to host my son’s rehearsal dinner here and it was absolutely amazing! Our guests were in awe. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. Ordered Thanksgiving meal from Halyards- order early in November. Wonderful house for family and dogs. Everything you can possibly need is there. The owners are VERY easy to work with.

Absolutely the best place on St. Simons with the most amazing hosts!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. Nina and her husband Justin are absolutely amazing hosts. We had a small wedding celebration in the backyard. It was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We got so many compliments from friends and family. The home fit everything we were looking for and more. It truly felt like a vacation. Nina was extremely responsive any time I had a question during the stay and even leading up to the stay. They truly make it the best possible experience and know how to set a place up for entertainment!! 1000/10 recommend! We will be back for another family vacation or with friends! Thank you Nina and Justin for the beautiful memories!

Great Family Vacation

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

Nina and Jason have provided a great vacation home! The house exceeded all of our expectations! We spent the long weekend celebrating our son's 2nd birthday with family and friends. We will be back for sure and book this house again.

Great experience

Really great, beautiful home for our large family gathering for my husband's birthday. The outside/pool area was an absolute STUNNER! We spent most all of our time outside at the pool, playing corn hole in the side yard, table tennis on the side porch and having cocktails at the cabana bar. Good times had by all! Nina was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. There were some kitchen essentials left behind by previous guests that was a nice little surprise when preparing dinner. House was well maintained and stocked with plenty of towels and extra blankets. One suggestion from my chef husband who cooked for us all weekend...a better cutting board for the kitchen lol :) but otherwise the kitchen is well stocked and has what you need to prepare meals. Thanks again for a great time, the whole family loved it!

St Simon’s Getaway

This property is top notch, exceeded expectations on all fronts. Pool, Main house, guest house, tiki bar, gated yard, golf cart even down to the margarita mixer was just amazing. Will be back soon! Nina and Justin were very easy to communicate with as well!

Island Trip

Amazing property and hosts!

We have been blessed to travel and stay in some really high end hotels. We feel this property is up there with those experiences if not better. The property itself is amazing!!! From the house to the pool, everything is perfect. The outdoor space was a highlight for us. The pool and hot tub space was just perfect to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. Nina was a great host and extremely accommodating-she gave us a tour of the island and was very responsive with any needs. We highly recommend the porperty!
