The 1-bedroom condo at 150 Salt Air Drive, Salt Air Villas, Saint Simons Island, GA 31522, is located in a gated community, offering both security and elegance. The condo features an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, easy chairs, and a large flat-panel TV, ideal for entertainment. A balcony off the living room, equipped with outdoor furniture, provides views of the neighborhood. The kitchen is equipped with stunning cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for modern cooking needs. The dining area seats six, making it suitable for gatherings.

The condo has tile flooring throughout, enhancing its elegant aesthetic. The large bedroom, accessible from the living room, features a king-sized bed and direct balcony access. The en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower for a luxurious experience. A dedicated laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer adds convenience.

Located just half a mile from both the pier/village area and the beach, the condo offers easy access to local attractions. Residents can also enjoy the community pool in the courtyard area of Salt Air Villas, perfect for relaxation or socializing.
